A conversation beyond just marketing.

Recently joined the Obsidian Podcast to talk about branding, visibility, digital presence, and the human side of building brands people actually remember.

A meaningful conversation around business, perception, and what truly creates long-term brand recall.

Everyone is making founder-led content these days.

But the founders who truly stand out usually have one thing in common:

They don’t feel like a brand trying to market.
They feel like a person worth listening to.

And honestly, that changes how the entire brand is perceived.

6 billboards were building the craving…
this made sure you didn’t go home without it. 😭

A couple of days back, I spoke about Vadilal’s 6-billboard strategy.

A few days later, I noticed this. 👀

This is not ambush marketing.
This is Ahmedabad survival instinct. 😄

Outdoor advertising is temporary.
Parking strategy is permanent. 💀

Same brand. Same city.
Just making sure recall doesn’t go to waste.

6 billboards on the same road felt ridiculous…
until the marketer in me realised it was brilliant. 👀

By the third or fourth visual, the brand stops feeling like an ad and starts feeling familiar.

What looked excessive at first was actually building familiarity in real time.

And that’s where recall begins.

The smartest part?
The placements continued along the route with product availability nearby.

Most brands are visible.
Very few are chosen.

Because growth doesn’t come from posting.
It comes from a system.

Content. Consistency. Strategy. Budget.

DM “GROWTH” to build it right.

Loved how effortlessly Emily made it simple for Sylvie to get started with Instagram!

That’s what clarity does — it turns hesitation into action.

As the year ends, clarity matters more than noise.

Sometimes, it just takes someone to explain it simply.

Opportunities don’t always start in meetings.
They often start while scrolling.

A recent BNI session explored how aware scrolling — not mindless scrolling — can quietly create opportunities.

A life update.
A milestone.
A new role.

And a simple recognition:
Someone here may need help next.
Or someone I know could add value.

No pitch.
No interruption.
Just awareness.

That’s how many meaningful opportunities are created today.

Analytical content behaves differently.

It doesn’t seek agreement.
It invites attention — and thought.

Because real analysis isn’t meant to please opinions or echo what’s familiar.
It observes patterns, names behaviour, and connects dots — often asking us to pause and reconsider what we think we know.

In marketing, what gets instant traction isn’t always what builds recall.

Analysis doesn’t exist to convince.
It exists to reveal.

Some brands don’t go viral.
They go cultural.

Apple. Nike. Amul. Fevicol. Harley-Davidson.
Different industries. Same pattern.

They didn’t win by shouting louder.
They won by leaving an imprint.

The lesson:
Virality fades.
Cultural memory compounds.

Which brand do you think has truly cracked this code — and why?
