WordPress Developer duties & responsibilities:

Designing and implementing new features and functionality
Establishing and guiding the website's architecture
Identify, troubleshoot, fix, and optimize websites for SEO
Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.
Good understanding of front-end technologies, including AMP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications.
Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)

Should have knowledge about recent Gujarati web series, Films and Digital Content.

Should know about new series and episodes as soon as they release.

Should be familiar with local languages and local web series also and sketches(Videos) that come up.

Should be able to review and analyze and write without any kind of biased opinions.

Black Boy Entertainment Lab an Independent advertising agency based in Ahmedabad is looking to recruit a talented Graphic Designer to join their creative team.

This lab will boast an impressive range of clients and pushing their client's creative boundaries resulting in impressive results and great media coverage for agencies and clients alike. You'll be a linchpin within the studio, partnering with the Creative Directors and Copywriter and keeping the artwork and production team in the loop, you'll find yourself working on the best jobs they have on to make them better so a strong design eye and a real passion for what you do is a must. This is not a job for a shrinking violet and would suit someone that has a more maverick approach to work without rubbing people up the wrong way.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong typography skills to help elevate the brand message through all visual communications online and offline. Candidates should be able to design within an established brand identity system while pushing the direction forward. Daily projects would include marketing emails, designing print media material, social media post, events, packaging design and collaborating with the lead generator on larger web projects.

THE JOB
Create print/digital graphics and marketing collateral consistent with our brand image
Design email campaigns weekly
Producing image and video assets for Instagram & Facebook

THE QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience at an agency or high-end consumer brand preferred, but not required.
High energy and a positive attitude. (Must)
Consistent ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise when working on multiple simultaneous projects
Expert knowledge of typography and grid systems
Advanced experience of file formatting and set to print
Understanding of cross-browser/device compatibility and usability for the web.
A solid creative portfolio that features typography work and creative branding projects
Advanced Adobe skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe XD or Sketch)
Photography skills
Photo editing and retouching skills
Background in Motion Design a bonus
