Hey junior developers, you're building projects the wrong way.

Look at your unfinished projects. You'll probably notice a pattern:
→ Fancy CSS animations
→ Perfect layouts that work on any screen
→ Neat and clean HTML
→ But no real JavaScript functionality

You're focusing on what's easy instead of what's hard.

Then, when it's time to add real features, you say the project is "too hard" or "needs a redesign."

This isn't bad luck, it's you avoiding the tough parts.

To fix this, try working in the opposite order:

1. Start with JavaScript
• Write the core logic first
• Build the main features with a simple UI
• Solve tricky problems early

2. Add HTML
• Only write the HTML you need to support your JavaScript
• Use the right HTML elements, but don't worry about looks

3. Do CSS last
• Make things look good only after they work
• Seeing your features in action will keep you motivated

Why this "Hard-First" method helps:
• You solve the hardest problems while your energy is high
• You'll quickly see if your project idea is doable
• Every step gets easier as you go
• Employers like developers who build things that actually work

Good developers focus on JavaScript first:
• Function comes before design
• A working feature matters more than a perfect look
