Roles Available:
1. Office Admin:
- Responsible for administrative tasks, managing office operations, and providing support to various departments.
- Proficiency in office software and excellent organizational skills are required.
2. Tele Caller:
- Engage with potential customers over the phone to present our services/products and generate leads.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential.
3. Sales:
- Drive sales efforts, establish and maintain client relationships, and meet sales targets.
- Experience in sales and a customer-centric approach are preferred.
4. HR:
- Handle human resource tasks including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR processes and excellent interpersonal skills are desired.
5. Training Counselor:
- Guide individuals through training programs, assess their needs, and provide counseling on suitable courses.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification: B.Com, BA, or any other graduate degree.
- Relevant experience or skills related to the respective role.
- Ability to work in a team, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
