In addition, we can also provide following optional services to clients upon their request:

Business development, secure business through our client base and facilitating banking arrangements for processing of import/export orders @ 0.25 to 2.5% of the order value depending on business volume.

Conference Room Usage :

o Category 1. - 8 Hours/Month*
o Category 2. - 10 Hours/Month*
o Category 3. - 12 Hours/Month*
Additional Hours @ AED 125/ Hour*
(Subject to first come first basis and prior booking in advance. In case of No-Show or Non Utilization of conference room, these booking hours will be treated as utilized)
(Non utilization cannot be carried forward for next month)


Photocopy/Scan/Printing:

o Category 1. - 100 Pages/Month*
o Category 2. - 125 Pages/Month*
o Category 3. - 150 Pages/Month*
Additional @ AED 0.25 per page
(Non utilization cannot be carried forward for next month)


Driver with an call:
o AED 35/ Hour
o Abu Dhabi round trip : AED 250 /- (For six hours)
Additional hours AED 25/Hour
(No separate charges/Allowance payable to Driver)


Other secretarial services like communications, travel booking etc. at nominal charges.
