Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role of Ad Sales Manager-OOH, located in Noida, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales operation for OOH Campaigns , setting sales targets, and developing strategic plans to achieve these targets. They will also be responsible for developing relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Manager will be expected to work collaboratively with other departments to execute campaigns that meet the needs of our clients.

Qualifications
Sales Management, Business Development, and Negotiation skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience in media sales, advertising, or related field
Proven track record of successful client engagement and satisfaction
An entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to identify new opportunities and lead innovation
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in leading and developing a high-performing sales team is a plus
