“Kya aapne kabhi feel kiya hai…
ki aapko samjha kam, becha zyada gaya?”
Aaj ye likhne se pehle main bahut der tak sochti rahi.
Shayad complain karne ke liye nahi…
balki ek sach ko words dene ke liye.
Aaj kal har jagah log sell kar rahe hain.
Product. Service. Course. Sapne. Vaade.
Lekin ek cheez dheere-dheere kam hoti ja rahi hai
insaan ko insaan ki tarah samajhna.
Kabhi-kabhi lagta hai hum customer nahi rahe…
hum sirf target ban gaye hain.
Numbers ban gaye hain.
Conversion rate ban gaye hain.
Par kya kisi ne ye poocha
“Tumhe sach me chahiye kya?”
Jo tumhe becha ja raha hai,
kya wo tumhari problem solve karta hai?
Ya sirf kisi ka monthly target complete karta hai?
Sach to ye hai…
jab koi insaan kuch kharidta hai,
to wo sirf paisa nahi deta
wo apna trust bhi deta hai.
Aur jab wo cheez kaam nahi karti,
to sirf paisa hi waste nahi hota…
thoda sa bharosa bhi toot jaata hai.
Aur trust…
dobara banana easy nahi hota.
Business karna galat nahi hai.
Profit kamana bhi galat nahi hai.
Lekin bina samjhe bech dena
shayad kahin na kahin galat zaroor hai.
Kabhi-kabhi kam bechna better hota hai,
lekin sahi insaan ko sahi waqt par sahi cheez dena
yahi asli branding hoti hai.
Kyuki long term me
brand marketing se nahi,
niyat aur trust se banta hai.
Agar aapne bhi kabhi aisa feel kiya hai
ki aapko samjha nahi gaya…
sirf becha gaya…
to shayad ye words aapke liye hain.
Aur agar aap khud kuch sell karte ho,
to bas itna yaad rakho
customer se pehle wo ek insaan hai.
Agar ye baat aapke dil ko touch kare,
to ise share karo.
Ho sakta hai kisi aur ko bhi
ye reminder chahiye ho. 🤍
