Allahabad Bank has issued notification against recruitment of 1100 Single Window Operator ‘A’ Vacancies under Clerical Cadre. Candidates who have taken CWE for Clerical Cadre conducted by IBPS 2011-12 and who have a valid IBPS Score Card are only eligible to apply. Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format on or 23-08-2012. Allahabad Bank Vacancy Details:
Number of Vacancies: 1100
Name of Post: Single Window Operator
Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be between 18 years to 28 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 01-08-2011. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).
Educational Qualification: Candidates who are pass outs of 10+2 or equivalent with minimum 60% marks or those who possess a Degree in any discipline from recognized University are eligible to apply.
IBPS Score Card Minimum Weighted Score: Candidates must have appeared for IBPS CWE for Clerical Cadre 2011-12 and must also possess a valid IBPS Score Card to be eligible to apply for the post. The minimum weighted score has been made available state wise in the notification. Cutoff marks in each of the 5 Tests would be 24 and above for General and 21 and above for SC/ST/PWD/OBC/EXSM.
Application Fee Details: Applicants need to pay application fee of Rs. 100/- (Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM/DisEXSM/DXS candidates) in form of Payment Challan downloaded from Bank’s website at any branch of Allahabad Bank in Account No.50114140153 in the name & style of ‘Allahabad Bank SWO-‘A’ Recruitment Project-2012-13’.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of score in IBPS CWE and Interview taken together.
How to Apply: Candidates need to apply for the post only through Online mode on or before 23-08-2012. After successful submission of Online Application candidates must take print of application form and retain it carefully along with all other necessary enclosures including payment receipt, to be produced at the time of Interview, if called for.

2. Select ‘Click Here to for fee Payment Challan’ link, and take print out of the Challan.
3. Visit any nearby branch of Allahabad Bank and make the payment according to the particulars given above.
4. Revisit the Bank’s website and select ‘Click Here to Apply Online’ link to start application process.
5. Fill all marked details carefully, check once before submission and click on Submit button.
6. Take print of Application Form, attach photograph and keep it ready along with other enclosures including payment receipt for further use.

foster private sector and industry participation in skill training and

The objective of this Scheme is to encourage skill development for
youth by providing monetary rewards for successful completion of
approved training programs.

Specifically, the Scheme aims to:
1.Encourage standardization in the certification process and initiate
a process of creating a registry of skills; and increase productivity
of the existing workforce and align the training and certification to
the needs of the country.

2. Provide Monetary Awards for Skill Certification to boost
employability and productivity of youth by incentivizing them for
skill trainings

3. Reward candidates undergoing skill training by authorized
institutions at an average monetary reward of ₹ 10,000 (Rupees Ten
Thousand) per candidate.

4.Benefit 10 lakh youth at an approximate total cost of ₹ 1,000 Crores.

Under the NSDC STAR Scheme, students can undergo skill based training
program for various Industrial Sectors including the following to
upskill their skills.
