The Challenge
Many people still dispose of waste without separating wet waste and dry waste, which leads to:
Environmental pollution
Landfill overflow
Difficulty in recycling
Karnataka Bank wanted a simple and impactful awareness video that could clearly communicate the importance of garbage separation at the household level.
3. Objective
The key goals of the campaign were:
• Educate people about proper waste segregation
• Encourage households to separate wet and dry waste
• Promote clean surroundings and environmental responsibility
• Support sustainability awareness through engaging visual storytelling
4. Creative Approach
Lee Entertainments developed a simple and relatable storytelling format so the message could easily connect with the public.
The creative strategy focused on:
Everyday household situations
Clear visual explanation of wet vs dry waste
Easy-to-follow instructions
Positive behavioral change messaging
The film was designed to be educational, engaging, and socially responsible.
