Competition is healthy. Sabotage isn't.
Recently, Astra Design Hub came across multiple 1-star ratings that raised serious concerns about whether they were based on genuine customer experiences.
Instead of reacting emotionally, we chose to handle the situation professionally.
We documented everything.
We preserved the evidence.
We approached the concerned party professionally.
And we reported the matter through the appropriate channels for investigation.
We welcome genuine criticism. If we make a mistake, we will own it. If a client has a genuine concern, we will always try to resolve it.
But deliberately attempting to damage another business through potentially fake or misleading reviews is not healthy competition.
Competition should inspire businesses to innovate, improve and deliver better work — not try to bring others down.
We are choosing facts over drama.
Evidence over accusations.
Professionalism over revenge.
