6–7 months of planning.
2 months on the ground.
Countless hands, countless challenges — and one unforgettable National.
The 23rd National MTB Cycling Championship at Mahendragiri has successfully come to an end.
And this one truly tested us.
A week of heavy rain and strong winds hit Mahendragiri. The track we had built was washed away. But the team refused to give up. The trail was rebuilt from the ground up, just days before the championship — and made ready in time.
What followed was a safe and successful National, with no major casualties — a result that belongs to every person who worked tirelessly behind the scenes.
Our deepest gratitude to the labourers who built and rebuilt the trails, volunteers, marshals, District Administration, Police, Fire & Emergency Services, Medical Teams, CFI, Technical Officials and State Technical Officials.
A heartfelt thank you to Mahendra Tanaya School for the accommodation, the transportation team for keeping the championship moving, and the wonderful villagers of Koinpur for welcoming us and standing by us throughout.
To everyone who worked behind the scenes — this National belongs to you. ❤️
