Unfortunately, the privileged kids of our society are the most deprived ones! Stuffed with luxuries, they often miss out on the basics of life...

Materialistically triggered, they often misinterpret love, care, and warmth of relationships.

These days when kids grow-up showing off their i-pads and laptops, this li'l boy, Chandrasekhar, is so proud of his baby brother.

When I admired the li'l on his lap, the big brother blushed, and his eyes were shining brightly as if he was holding the most precious thing in his world!

Taking up journalism was not a very easy thing for me.
I had to convince a hell lot of people that I'll be fine, as they were worried about my security and safety.
After getting the news of murder of the journalist Gauri Lankesh, just few kilometres away from my place, I was horrified.
Being an aspiring journalist it was hard for me to accept the possible consequences of my profession. The lady journalist who was supposed to be my inspiration, was on the news, but not on the byline this time. I was scared.
My father always emphasized the proverb 'pen is mightier than sword' and maybe that was my inspiration to take up journalism as my career.
Today, for a while I really questioned my decision as the fear of death haunted me.
But when the cloud of terror cleared off my mind I realised the actual power of a journalist. The pen of Gauri Lankesh succeeded to scratch the antisocial activities of a group of people so deep that her life seemed to be a threat to them. It was such a serious insecurity that killing her was the only option left with them to save their backs. The indomitable potential of the pen has shaken their very existence. A journalist on-duty has got no limits. Apprantly, it may look like the sword defeted the pen, but unfortunately, you can kill a journalist, but not the voice she raised.
