One of my clients has gone through the worst past and every new process I approach as a Digital marketer 😶
I understand this can be challenging for both of us (myself and my client). Here are a few suggestions on how we can approach this: 👉👉👉👉
👂 Empathize and Listen: Start by acknowledging our client's past experiences and the impact they may have had. Actively listen to their concerns and doubts, and try to understand their perspective. This will help build trust and rapport.
👨🏫 Educate and Explain: Provide clear and detailed explanations about the new processes we're proposing. Break down the steps, the expected outcomes, and the potential benefits. Use simple language and avoid jargon to ensure your client fully comprehends the approach.
👀 Offer Transparency: Be upfront and transparent about our strategies, timelines, and any potential risks or challenges. Encourage our client to ask questions and address their concerns openly and honestly.
🤝 Build Gradual Trust: Don't expect a client to trust our recommendations blindly. Instead, focus on building trust gradually. Implement small, proven steps first and demonstrate the positive results before moving on to more complex strategies.
🗣 👩💼 Involve the Client: We should encourage our clients to participate actively in the process. Solicit their input, feedback, and ideas. This will help them feel more invested and in control, which can alleviate their doubts.
👍 Provide Reassurance: Reassure client that you understand their hesitation and that you're committed to working with them to achieve their goals. Emphasize your willingness to adjust the approach if necessary and to be a supportive partner throughout the journey.
🙌 Celebrate Small Wins: Acknowledge and celebrate even the smallest successes along the way. This will help build your client's confidence and reinforce the progress you're making together.
Remember, building trust and overcoming doubts can take time and patience. Approach this with empathy, transparency, and a collaborative mindset, and you'll be more likely to guide your client towards a successful and rewarding digital marketing experience.
