ಪ್ರತಿವರ್ಷವೂ ಗುರುಪೂರ್ಣಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸುವ ಜೆಪಿ ನಗರದ ಶ್ರೀ ಸತ್ಯಗಣಪತಿ ಶಿರಡಿ ಸಾಯಿ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಬಾರಿ 1 ಲಕ್ಷ ಆಟದ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಆಲಂಕಾರ ವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಕ್ರೀಡೆಗಳು ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಕ್ರೀಡೆಗಳು ನಮ್ಮ ಬದುಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹಳ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಪಾತ್ರವಹಿಸುತ್ತವೆ. ಪ್ರತಿನಿತ್ಯ ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದರಿಂದ ದೈಹಿಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ವಿಕಸತೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಆರೋಗ್ಯವೂ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿಯವರು ಖೇಲೋ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಘೋಷಣೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ನೀಡಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಥೀಮನ್ನ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಈ ಬಾರಿ ವಿಶೇಷವಾದ ಆಲಂಕಾರವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಶ್ರೀ ಸತ್ಯಗಣಪತಿ ಶಿರಡಿ ಸಾಯಿ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟಿ ರಾಮ್‌ಮೋಹನರಾಜ್‌ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಜುಲೈ 13 ರಿಂದ ಒಂದು ವಾರಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಈ ವಿಶೇಷ ಅಲಂಕಾರವನ್ನು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಕಣ್ತುಂಬಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.
