Job Summary:
As a Telecalling Executive at a Software Company, you will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to promote our products, services, and offerings. Your primary goal will be to generate leads and provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls from customers.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Address customer queries and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Keep updated on product knowledge and promotions to assist customers effectively.
• Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Candidate must be multi-lingual in any of 3 (English, Telegu, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil)
• Problem-solving abilities to address customer queries efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
• Previous experience in customer service or telecalling is a plus.
