๐ฎ๐ณ Indiaโs Path to Global Power: What Roles India Seeks to Play in the World
When India succeeds, the world is more stable, more prosperous, and more secure. Yesterdayโs event underscored this very assumption.
It was a privilege for Rajneethi to co-host this full-day event alongside Kalinga Kusum Foundation (KKF), with the support of Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF) India, at the Krishna Banquet Hall, Hotel Shangri-La, Bengaluru on 17th June 2026. ๐
The event brought together policymakers, experts, and thought leaders to discuss Indiaโs strategic ambitions and economic transformation, with 80+ participants joining us for the day. ๐ค
๐๏ธ We thank Prof. Rajeev Gowda for his keynote remarks opening Panel 1 on India in a Multipolar World: Strategic Ambitions and Global Leadership, where he set the tone for a rich discussion joined by Ashwin Mahesh, Stefan Schott, and Dr. M. J. Vinod.
๐๏ธ We are equally grateful to Dr. S. Madheswaran for his keynote remarks ahead of Panel 2 on Indiaโs Economic Rise: Manufacturing, Demography, and the Road to Developed India, where he also joined the panel discussion alongside Annett Baessler, Dr. Tarun Arora, and Sridhar Pabbisetty.
๐ค Nupur Hasija, Head of Programs, FNF India, moderated both discussions, while Raksha Shetty from Rajneethi anchored the event.
๐ The conversations underscored that India is a rising power with all the potential to rise among the worldโs competitive powers โ one that is looking towards Europe with hope and partnership opportunities, with Germany emerging as a key partner in this journey. ๐ฉ๐ช๐ฎ๐ณ
โจ It was also a pleasure to host Stefan, Nupur, and Tenzin Paljor at the Rajneethi office during their time in Bengaluru.
๐ Thank you to all our speakers, panelists, and participants for making this such an enriching dialogue on Indiaโs global role.
