Often in the coaching world when talking to clients we talk about High vibe (aka vibration, high energy, frequency) and how to stay in that vibration.

Your energy is your vibration. It's your emotional state, atmosphere of a place or the type of association to an object. You often sense it and feel it and often may not be able to explain the feeling or emotion in words.

Here I share the emotions that pull you into a low vibration state and what can take you back to a higher vibration.

Why should you be in a higher vibration state?
Because in that state you attract abundance simply because you feel better, lighter, more at peace, have clarity and joy just to name a few.
