In Odisha, people prefer protein-rich non-veg diet which includes chicken, mutton, fish, crabs , prawns and egg.
But for vegetarians and occasional vegetarians, the choices are limited. Paneer, dal are the only two sources of protein.
We have introduced a protein rich veg food called soya chaap which is made by processing soyabean.
It can be used to make various kinds of dishes ranging from Tandoori (barbecue) items to Thai dishes, from Indian curries to Chinese dishes.
The occasional vegetarians can get their cravings fulfilled by enjoying the Tandoori items of soya chaap which taste similar to chicken (thereby the name “veg chicken” in the Northern States of India.)
We intend to setup a network of franchisees in Bhubaneswar, Cuttack and Puri.
Persons having space in market place would be preferred.
It can be sold as a street food too.
