Odisha must revisit its vision of Biksh*t Odisha 2047 via Progressive Odisha 2036 and adopt strategies for an inclusive , resilient , efficient and sustainable economy in very processes of its transition for becoming truly transformative society .

It must preserve it environment and natural capitals including its mines and minerals ,biodiversities and forests by shifting its focuse to agriculture, science and technologies , tourism and others .

Rise of temperature associated heat wave has taken 45 lives in the state Is recorded but from 1st March till 10 th of June 2024 almost every 3 rd day was heatwave days in Bhubaneswar. Similar conditions across the state has been reported.

U healthy and unproductive days should be counted as impact of heat wave . Loss of school days and lose of productive days should be counted as indexes to measure the impact of heat wave .

I have an interaction with some professionals , academics and bureaucrats over various transformative issues tha the state is grappling with , to my surprise Odia and non Odia leaderships in corporate world is going to be biggest campaign in the coming election .

As a matter of fact they will demand 90 % Odia and 10 % non Odia in every existing and new up conking units in the state .

For all political parties this is a common agenda in company peripheral constituencies of state .

We f late they have realised that states young talent massively going out of state as Dadan without getting chance in local corporates .

The biggest challenge of transformation is its leaders and leadership who do things without understanding what they do in complete. Transformation is not projects or schemes it is outcome which comes from combination of schemes and innovations over an idea to a particular contexts.
