We worked with an e-commerce brand selling clothing, shoes, and jewellery, all under one Shopify store. Multiple categories, different buying behaviour, and very different price points. This is usually where things start to break when ad spend goes up.

Our goal wasn’t to chase big numbers.
It was simple: scale slowly and protect ROAS.

Over the last few weeks, we let the data guide us instead of forcing budgets. Campaigns were set up to give Meta enough time to learn. Creatives stayed focused on the product, and spend was increased only on campaigns that stayed stable.

Creative testing played a big role in this.

We were testing around 20–25 creatives every week, all for the same buyer persona, just with different angles and themes. Only a few performed well. Most didn’t — and that was expected.

Those results were useful. They showed us what not to test again, which helped us move faster and avoid unnecessary noise.

That clarity made scaling much easier.
