The strength of Content Tales lies in empowering 'Women At Heart,' a sole initiative to bring economic welfare to the LGBTQ community and women "From All Walks of Life." We teach, we train, and we provide skills that are necessary to build a career.

In 2021, I initiated "From All Walks of Life," a groundbreaking program committed to fostering a workforce of empowered women. I envisioned an inclusive, all-women company that embraced diversity, drawing in women from various lifestyles, backgrounds, and skill sets. Our shared vision was singular: persistence. To date, we've empowered 46 women, witnessing transformative changes in their livelihoods. This , we joyfully declare our continued commitment to .

Today marks not just a celebration but a renewed dedication to expanding our project, ensuring more women find strength, support, and opportunities on their unique journeys toward success.

Designation: Operations excutive and admin.

Requirements: time management skills, english communication skills, organising skills, some basic digital knowledge and a laptop

Job responsibilities: find the right talent, acquire the right talent, work around budgets, project management, work on excel.

No client call, no sales and no targets.

3 months probabtion, appraisel based promotions.

Office: SCO 50 51, sector 34a chandigarh, besides mukut hospital.

6 days working, 10 am to 6 pm, Sat: 11am to 4pm, 4th saturday off.

A call out to all women from all walks of life. Making Women's Day 2022 more special.

- A few weeks back I came across a few people and the discussion on hiring and promotion began.

A lot of companies tend to avoid hiring pregnant ladies, women with 2nd children, just married women, women heading towards depression, LGBTQ community women, housewives, mothers or even grandmothers due to many unspeakable reasons. It is mostly the time limitations and focus that people think women lack when they are on a family journey.

Being an all-women company, being one of kind, I stand at liberty to define my Company Values.
