As a member of the Technology and Innovation team, you will work together with a team of dedicated experts including researchers, designer, developers, and architects with a single goal of building most innovative identity and data security technologies for a variety of use cases spanning across all industries. You will work against fixed timelines and your success will be measured by the ability to deliver on time on target products/solutions based on company directions. Your tasks include:

• Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• From time to time, capture product/customer requirements and translate them into software specifications.
• Responsible for design and development of multi-tiered, scalable applications.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Collaborate with customer and team to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Maintain code quality
• Conduct self and peer code reviews adhering to criteria defined for the same
• Effort estimates for the individual features
• As an on-going process, create and maintain technical and functional documents for application.
• Work with Senior Developer/Lead Architect on product development across all product development life cycle.
• To participate in critical customer proof of concepts activities to help to win customer confidence and guide sales/pre-sales team members.
• Required to travel from time to time to attend conferences, customer/partner meetings, and to participate in company marketing events.

Skillset (Mandatory):
• Strong experience with .NET Technology.
• Extensive experience developing enterprise .NET web applications (ASP.NET MVC) using C # and best-practice approaches to achieve a high degree of component reuse.
• Good Experience in Front end Framework like Angular 2+.
• Good experience in web mark-up, including HTML5 and CSS3.
• Good knowledge of Web API (RESTful API).
• Good experience in JQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, UI layouts, Bootstrap and CSS grid systems.
• Good experience with SQL Server and entity framework.
• Good experience in translating UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application.
• Good Experience in developing unit tests and supporting project-testing efforts.
• Creative thinking for providing innovative solutions.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Must have very good communication skill.

Skillset (Added Advantage):

• Work experience in Asp.Net Core.
• Work experience in Microservice architecture using Asp.Net core.
• Experience in using “Telerik” web control will be plus.
• Experience in Identity and Access Management is added advantage.
