Cherish my friendship with Taiwan
It’s always a pleasure to reconnect with good friends.
The Director-General of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Center in Chennai, Mr. Stephen Hsu, was honored to meet Mr. Sumit Bothra shortly after arriving in Chennai. A few years ago, during his time working in Taipei, Mr. Hsu had a brief phone conversation with Mr. Bothra, who had called from distant India. This time, their meeting went far beyond a simple greeting—they engaged in an in-depth discussion on Taiwan-India relations and the current political developments in India.
We sincerely thank Mr. Bothra for being a long-time friend of Taiwan and for his unwavering support. We look forward to more collaborations in the future that will strengthen the ties between Taiwan and India.

清奈辦事處許書智處長很榮幸來到清奈不久之後，便能遇到前幾年在臺北工作期間接到一通來自遙遠印度電話短暫談話的Mr. Sumit Bothra。這次見面，不再只是寒暄問候而已，而是深度討論臺灣與印度的關係，以及印度的政治發展現況。
