Rajeswari infrastructure Ltd, the holding company is public limited company whose shares are traded in the Bombay Stock Exchange. Our founder Mr.G.Ramamurthy humbly started his business of screen printing with an investment of Rs.3800 in 1977. The organisation then grew in strength within the print industry and was once the only shop in India to sell all kinds of pre press and post press consumabl

es . After gaining goodwill by trading printing materials , the organisation started commercial printing activities in late 1980's. The organisation then went for public issue in 1995 with the name of "Rajeswari Graphics Ltd" and the issue was over subscribed by 2.5 times. Till 2003 the company's major activity was commercial printing with the installed base of highly sophisticated machines like Heidelberg GTO etc. In 2003 the management found a highly lucrative market for housing and infrastructure development and hence entered the industry and construction became the major contributor of revenue till now. The management recently decided to strengthen the printing division by importing digital labeling machinery from USA and Italy.
