We purchased the Kent RO (Pride Plus) on April 20th, 2020. Since then, we have experienced frequent repairs. We had to replace various components such as pipes, the motor, extra filter, and the valve. Additionally, we regularly need to change cartridges. Unfortunately, the new motor has also malfunctioned, while the old faulty motor is still stored in a corner of the house. Consequently, the expenses for the motor amount to ~3,000 rupees, the valve costs 500 rupees, and the cartridges total ~4,000 rupees. Furthermore, each executive visit costs us between ~200 and 500 rupees. Therefore, in addition to the initial RO cost, these charges should be expected when using a Kent RO.
Considering this, I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE the use of KENT RO.

Also, we used Aquaguard as well for 3-4 years and it worked fine with just regular cartridge replacement.
