Job Title: Associate (Pre-sales)
Qualification: Graduate - BA/BSc/BBA/BBM/BCA or higher
Experience: 1-2 Years (Fresher’s can also apply)
Skills Required:
Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
Experience in sales/lead generation process with knowledge/exposure to web based lead generation, search engine marketing, social media networking etc. in Information technology industry is a plus.
Knowledge and experience in working with overseas customers, good manners, pleasing personality and experience in generating leads/prospects for IT/ITES products or services etc.
Above all ability to understand technology and handle discussions around Technology topics to engage customers are must.
Should be able to handle telephone/messenger calls from overseas customers. The candidate should be an excellent social net worker, able to effectively communicate with international clients.
Salary: Negotiable
