Job summary:
We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator cm HR executive to organise our company's day to day operations. The administrator should be highly organised and able to do multitask with ease. The administrator will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
The functions of the office administrator include bookkeeping and mentoring office assistants.
Roles and responsibilities
# Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
# Maintain internal database.
# Manage phone calls and correspondence.
# Prepare timely reports, proposals and presentations as assigned.
Outstanding communication, excellent organisational and time management skills are mainly required.
