Job Requirements
Locate vendors of materials ,equipments or supplies,and interview them in order to determine product availabilityband terms of sales and have robust contracts with vendors.
control purchasing departments budgets.
Interview and hire Staff, and oversee Staff Training.
Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to complain policy.
Participate in the development of specifications for Equipments ,product or substitute materials.
Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims against supplier .
Review ,evaluate,and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids.
