Today we Evolve Lives Trust will inform you what Drug is all about and how it can impact one's life.

What is a Drug? The answer to this question is:-

Any substance taken to modify perception, mood, cognition, behavior or motor functions is called a Drug.

How does addiction affects one's physical state?

The first thing you must understand about addiction is that alcohol and drugs are basically "Painkillers" of one kind or the other. Drugs chemically "kill" physical and emotional pain for drugs to be attractive to a person there must be some underlying happiness, sense of helplessness ,insurmountable problems or even physical pain.

What are the after effects?

* When drug addicts are in the depths of their disease, they are notorious for becoming manipulative and devious in order to get what they want.

* Addicts lie, steal, borrow and do whatever they need to in order to keep their addiction fed.

* Drug addicts and alcoholics are often very intelligent and creative individuals with great personalities.

Today's learning is all about sharing your thought's with one another because while being into addiction we scare to share anything. We feel like that if we will share anything with anyone or someone who is closer to us will make a fun out of us. But that is wrong sharing your thought's and your inner feeling with someone help's you fight with all those negative thoughts which at the end will divert you to take a bad decision in your life.

Always share you thoughts with whom you feel like will understand
you and will always support you because sharing is the best remedy and therapy for your own good.

Today's learning while being abused by our addiction and getting into it we never realize what good or bad we have done. We start keeping expectations from others that they will fulfill our needs but at the end one someone is not up to the mark to our expectations we start making distance from them.

Just For Today we are able to know that we do not have to keep any expectations from anyone and have to keep a message in mind that whatever we do we do it for ourselves.
