Showing solidarity can often become performative unless we seriously consider the implications of our protests, and the change that we, as the people of India, must bring about on our everyday life, starting from the Self first.

Sonam Wangchuk has long been a proponent of a deeply personal revolution. It’s when the self changes that the world changes. He nudged us to be more aware of mindless consumerism, become more perceptive of our place in Nature, be better sensitised to all the lifeforms around us.

Now, his soft, gentle nudges against the culture of greed has come to a point of catharsis. An indefinite fast, and a final march to begin a new season of change.

Wherever this goes, we go with him. We stand in unconditional—but not uncritical—solidarity with Sonam ji and his colleagues.

If your first instinct is to solve a problem before opening Photoshop, if references excite you more than templates, and if you obsess over composition, typography, colour, and storytelling as much as the idea itself, we’d love to meet you.

You’ll work across brands, campaigns, films, and pitches with a team that believes great design is never decoration.

We don’t want an “employee” or an “intern”

their own authentic style,

This is a work-from-office role
on the quieter outskirts of Dehradun
where the noise stops,
and ideas have the space to flourish.

You won’t be working on “dummy briefs” pretending to matter.
You’ll assist and eventually lead on real projects
where ideas are built, broken, and rebuilt.

Write, design, observe, research, question
often all in the same day.

On 24th February 2026, Sitar Jugalbandi, in association with Rhubarb Collective, conducted a live Sitar demonstration and Jugalbandi session at Purkal Youth Development Society, Uttarakhand.

Led by eminent sitar maestros Dr Murchana Adhikary Barthakur and Pandit Abhishek Adhikary, the session was supported on tabla by Shri Deepak Bhardwaj, faculty member at PYDS.

The afternoon focused on introducing students to the depth, structure, and emotional language of Indian Classical Music.

What made it truly meaningful was participation. Students joined the artists on stage, transforming the jugalbandi into a shared exploration rather than a distant recital.

For many, it was a first encounter with this tradition experienced not as theory, but as lived sound.

When art enters spaces of learning, it does more than perform.
It enlightens. It continues.
