Make it specific. Make it outcome-focused.

2. Wrong audience targeting
You’re targeting interests.
But not intent.

Cold audience needs education.
Warm audience needs conversion.
Treating both the same = wasted budget.

3. Weak ad message
Your ad is not a poster. It’s a conversation.
If the first 3 seconds don’t hit a pain point, you lose them.

Clear problem → clear promise → simple next step.

4. Bad landing experience
Even good ads fail here.

Check this:
• Is the headline clear?
• Is the offer repeated?
• Is there proof (reviews, results)?
• Is the CTA obvious?

Confused users don’t convert.

5. No tracking system
If you’re not tracking properly, you’re guessing.

Set up:

No data = no scaling.

6. Scaling too early
