Why does Apple always come up with three versions of iPhone?
Let's understand this by an example.
Let's say you are an ice-cream lover. You find great value in eating ice-cream.
One fine day, you are out to treat yourself. Shopkeeper provides you below options:
One Scoop Ice Cream: 13 bucks
Two Scoop Ice Cream: 19 bucks
Three Scoop Ice Cream: 19.5 bucks
The negligible difference between the prices of 2nd and 3rd options gets your attention.
This is called Decoy Effect.
A 2nd option is just a Decoy option. Companies provide decoy options so that customers can compare the Decoy option with an expensive option (and select the expensive one).
In the absence of a decoy option, the customer will compare: 13 bucks vs 19.5 bucks - and may probably go with a cheaper option.
But with the decoy option, the customer now compares 19 bucks vs 19.5 bucks - and most likely selects the expensive option.
Can you see a similar pattern in the pricing of iphone11 by Apple?

iPhone Pro: $ 999
iPhone Pro max: $ 1099

Cold, Warm and Hot.
1) Cold Traffic- The people who don't know not you,not your product/service.You can attract them through their problem.
2) Warm Traffic- The people who know you or your product.They are interested in solving their own problem.If you give them a solution, you will attract them.
3) Hot traffic-The people who know you and your product which you promote or create. They know their problem, they either know the solution or are looking for it. And also they are looking for tips, courses from famous, dominant people in this market.
For example.They are ready to pay 4 or sometimes 5 figures for the event, course, 1 to 1 coaching. Because they know what they want, where they pay this amount of money and what they get.
As well as hot traffic- These are the people who bought from you something in the past. Check list, Online Course, Coaching doesn't matter.
And for all of this type of traffic, you need to use different methods.
For example : For cold traffic you need to give something valuable to build good relationship with them. For warm traffic you have to give solutions to their problems etc.

1. Awareness Stage
A prospect who previously had no clue who you are or what you do notices your business’s existence, the problems you solve, and the services/products you offer. They may not even be aware that they have a problem that needs solving.
2. Consideration Stage
At this stage, the prospect is aware of their problem and the solutions at her disposal. She researches unique solutions and weighs her options based on the information in front of her.
3. Purchase Stage
The prospect finally decides which solution will remove or relieve her pain, and she becomes a buying customer. All things being equal, the brand with the best unique selling proposition clinches the sale.
4. Post-purchase Stage
After the initial purchase, the customer becomes a loyal, repeat buyer and a brand advocate who can’t stop talking about your company. People at this stage need incentives, so they continue spreading the word about your brand.

4 Reasons why your Leads are not Converting!
If you’ve used Facebook ads and didn’t convert your leads into sales or get a satisfying return on your investment….read on.
There may be a few reasons your leads did not convert.
1) Show the right offer to the right customer (Targeting)
If the right offer is placed in front of a customer looking for that offer, they will naturally click it. Because of that, you need to know exactly who your perfect customer is. Who are they? Where do they live? What’s their demographics? What’s their problem? What emotional pain are they trying to solve or satisfaction they are trying to gain?
2) Does your copy satisfy their pain in their language? (Congruency)
Your copy needs to grab the attention of your customer and spark the right emotion for them to act. Hook, story, offer. Hook your ideal customer in with an attention getter, evoke the right emotion so they can emulate the pain, make your offer that can alleviate that pain. Use the language specific to your ideal customer or niche. All of this should bring your customer’s guard down and grant you their time.
3) No follow up
A lead without follow up is just contact information. In order to convert that lead into a sale, you need follow up with the lead and bring them further down into your sales funnel. Your lead has shown interest, but it’s now your job to not only convince them why you or your service is perfect for them, but to remain constant on their mind. The more touch points you have with a customer, the further they will trust you and eventually buy from you.
4) Give! Give! Give!
The more you can educate, give out information, and build rapport with your customer, the more they will begin to trust you and give you their business.
