➡️ 3D walkthroughs and real estate videos play a significant role in the Real Estate Industry. With web 3.0 & Meta, Online Real Estate Market will be a huge Industry (It’s already a one it is going to prosper more.)

📌Consider this: In 2020, two-thirds of homebuyers in 32 major markets bid on a property without seeing it in person.

➡️ I am sure above mentioned points are solid enough to start designing a Real Estate Sales Funnel for your Business.

📌Generating leads for real estate is a lot different than it is for other industries.
📌You have to be more focused on relationships, delivering value, talking about Pain points, and especially dealing with the client’s limiting beliefs because these will be different as per the location and buying purpose.

You cannot sell a 5 Room Burj Khalifa apartment or A Burj view apartment in the Downtown to anyone.

Do your TA research before designing your funnel and
running ads to it.

👉Value: Offer Free consultation calls or Free Real Estate or Portfolio Management services. As your Lead Magnet, collect the client’s email address and Phone number.

👉NO need to build a separate funnel for every new project. Instead, add the new property to your existing Landing Page, with its features and why to consider the property for a home or Investment. Because people like to see different options when buying or considering to buy a property

➡️The art of storytelling and creativity is all you need to have a "Yes".👍

I am very fond of strawberries🍓🍓 and cream, but I have found that for some strange reason,🐟 fish prefers worms🐛🐛.
So when I went fishing🎣. I didn't think about what I wanted.
I thought about what they wanted. I didn't bait the hook with strawberries and cream.

Rather, I dangled a worm or a grasshopper in front of the fish and said: " Wouldn't you like to have that?" - "Dale Carnegie" in How To Win Friends And Influence People📚📚.

👉Why not use the same common sense when fishing for customers/clients?
👉The only way on earth to influence other people is to talk about what they want and show them how to get it.
