Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned areas.
• Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
• Meet with clients to understand their advertising and marketing needs.
• Promote company services (branding, outdoor advertising, digital marketing, etc.).
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation, follow-ups, and closures.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare reports on business performance and market trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel locally within assigned territory (Delhi/Agra).
