🦸‍♂️ DAY 3 | MY SUPERPOWERS LIVE INSIDE ME 🦸‍♀️
Every child carries a unique superpower within them. Sometimes, all they need is a safe space to discover it. ✨
Today at the Rising Star Program, our young superheroes embarked on a journey of self-discovery through our special "Superpower Shield" Activity.

They reflected on: ⭐ Things they are good at ⭐ What others appreciate about them ⭐ Skills they want to improve ⭐ Their personal superpower statement

What followed was truly magical. ❤️
Children spoke about their talents, dreams, strengths, and aspirations. Some discovered that their superpower is kindness, some identified creativity, while others proudly recognized their intelligence, courage, determination, and love for learning.
Through guided discussions, reflection exercises, sharing circles, and confidence-building activities, they learned an important lesson:

💫 "I don't have to be like everyone else. My uniqueness is my superpower."

At SkillUpp, we are not just building communication skills—we are helping children recognize their worth, believe in themselves, and confidently express who they are.

DAY 1 | RISING STAR PROGRAM 🌟
And the journey has officially begun! 🚀
Today wasn't just about introductions—it was about helping children discover that they are seen, heard, valued, and capable of amazing things.

From fun ice-breakers and energetic movement activities to creative self-expression exercises, our young stars explored who they are, what makes them unique, and the dreams they carry within them. ✨

💭 Dream Exploration & Reflection
One of the most beautiful moments of the day was watching each child create their own "I Am Seen" keyhole poster—giving us a glimpse into their thoughts, dreams, strengths, and imagination.

Over the next 15 days, we will continue building confidence, communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, self-expression, and the courage to shine as their authentic selves.
Because every child deserves the opportunity to say:

💫 "I am unique." 💫 "I am capable." 💫 "I am a Rising Star."

The adventure has just begun, and we cannot wait to witness their transformation. ❤️

What makes a great communicator?

Is it just speaking English fluently? 🤔

Not really!

At CKSM School, students discovered that communication is much more than words. Through fun activities, role plays, confidence-building exercises, and body language challenges, they learned how to:

✅ Speak with confidence
✅ Use positive body language
✅ Maintain eye contact
✅ Express themselves effectively
✅ Understand the power of tone and gestures

The classroom was filled with energy, laughter, learning, and lots of confident voices ready to make an impact! 🌟

Today our little stars explored something truly powerful — their feelings.
Through stories, movement, creative activities and reflection, children learned that emotions are not something to hide… they are something to understand, express and manage 🌈
Inspired by our Colour Monster Story, we explored: 💙 Sadness
❤️ Anger
💛 Happiness
💚 Calmness
💜 Excitement

From identifying emotions to expressing them creatively and learning calming techniques — every child discovered that all feelings are welcome and every emotion has a voice.
Because emotional intelligence starts with:

Had an amazing and interactive Social Media & Canva Workshop with the wonderful IMPA members ✨📱

The session focused on practical learning — from clicking professional pictures and understanding personal branding to creating engaging social media content through Canva. We also explored AI Prompt Engineering, content formulas, audience engagement strategies, and lead generation techniques that can help trainers and professionals grow their digital presence effectively.

Loved the energy, participation, and enthusiasm of everyone throughout the workshop. Looking forward to many more such impactful learning sessions together!
