Meet prospective parents, handle all their queries related to the centre and convert them to admission for the centre.

Liaison with external agencies and vendors for operational aspects.

Track and manage logistics – material and transport in coordination with Head Office.

Keep track of staff attendance and leave.

Organize local promotion activities e.g. print and distribution of promotional material, advertisement in local newspaper / media etc.

Assist Director in overall management and administration.

Manage all ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) reports.

Strategizing & Marketing

Generating new admissions by preparing marketing strategies & implementing them

Planning marketing strategies in terms of advertising plan, event planning &publicizing in coordination with Head office.

Achieving Targets: Meet assigned admission targets and work to achieving the same on monthly basis.

Parent Grievances Handling: Handling all parent grievances in coordination with all teachers or center head promptly after the admission of the student.

Withdrawal follow up: Follow up for all withdrawals & try to gain knowledge about the reason behind it.

Public Relations: Building up rapport with various corporate, hospitals, external education agencies & dignitaries for increasing PR.

Data Collection & Management: Collecting data of all enquiries, sorting it and aligning according to age group.

Qualification and Experience

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – preferably in Commerce, Psychology, Education, Arts, Commerce or a related field will be considered

Computer literate with knowledge of MSOffice, Tally.

4 – 7years’ experience involving a job related to admission counseling preferably in a pre-school / activity center / school

Understanding of industry vertical (Education) is a plus.

Description of a Center Head A dynamic and resourceful individual,accountable for overall management of the Centre.
A face representing the core values of the company and ensuring set benchmarks are met. A multitasking facilitator who can be a mentor for the
staff and guide them to excel.
Duties –
1. Accountable for NPS, Admission and Attrition of the center

2. Managing day to day activities at the preschool
3. Procure and arrange instructional resources for use in the classroom
4. Audit classrooms and observe activities.
5. Addressing parents concerns without affecting relationships with them
6. Managing staff and ensuring policies and procedures are being
implemented
7. Provide explorative and comfortable learning environment to the kids in center
7. Dealing with vendors for any infrastructure issue
Acquiring and Maintaining Business Prospects – 1. Prepare and execute budget plan for being cost effective.

Human Resource Management –
1. Hire, train, and evaluate teachers / didi’s performance

Skills and Specification

• Should have at least 3 years of experience of working in a pre-school setting / client management
