A question I get all the time is "how do I deal with a bad review"?
We've all seen countless LI and FB chats about the best way to respond, how to contact Google, when to report it, etc.
What people don't talk enough about is how to AWARD a good review.
Below are a few ideas.
If you get a glowing review:
1. Show your appreciation by responding to it.
2. Post it on social media to show other prospective patients/clients what it's like to work with you.
3. Add a link to it on your website to make the decision process easier for people browsing.
4. Create a reviews bulletin board at your practice entitled "Why We Come to Work Everyday" or something.
Do you do anything else with your positive reviews? Would love some new ideas...
