Episode:1

1st week Plan:
Prepare the Body & Mind

Goal: Create a body environment where fat loss becomes possible.

Focus on:
– Calculate maintenance calories using www.maintenancecaloriecalculator.com
– Eat within maintenance & track meals
(Calorie tracker apps: healthify (paid)
Calorie.ai (free app)
-No calorie cutting from Day 1, first understand how much food your body actually needs.

• Set the morning and night routine
• Reduce ultra-processed food, sugary drinks & outside food
• Increase protein & fiber and reduce 25-30% carbs
• 3–4L water daily (non-negotiable)
• 7–8 hrs quality sleep
• Reduce screen time
• Movement matters:
Beginners → yoga, walking, body-weight workouts (8–10k steps)
Intermediate → light strength & resistance training

What you’ll notice:
• Better energy & mood
• Less bloating
• Cravings stabilize
• Weight may not drop, but healing starts inside

👉 This phase builds the foundation for long-term fat loss.
