We're excited to welcome Muskan Sharma to the team as our Senior Campaign Associate.
Muskan is a Performance Marketer based in Delhi with an MBA in Marketing from the University of Delhi.
What excites her most about being a Marketer is working with numbers and turning data into real results. She genuinely enjoys analyzing performance, identifying gaps, and optimizing for growth. In a space often considered “too technical” for women, she focuses on demonstrating her capabilities through tangible outcomes and measurable impact.
She is also a continuous learner, always looking to upgrade her skills in this ever-evolving digital world.
Apart from her career, what truly matters to her is becoming a kinder human being. The world is already harsh, and she aims to contribute empathy and support wherever she can. Success, for her, is meaningful only when it uplifts others too.
Art is her safe space. She loves painting, reading books, eating noodles, traveling, and cherishing nature in its purest form. This year, one of the biggest things on her bucket list is to participate in a large-scale art exhibition and proudly be introduced as a real artist, not just as a hobby.
She is someone who believes growth should be balanced with compassion, ambition with creativity, and success with purpose.
