The Directorate is situated at Central Revenue Building, I.P. Estate, New Delhi and is headed by a Commissioner. The Directorate has no Zonal/Regional Offices. The Directorate is primarily engaged in catering to publicity needs of Customs, Central Excise and Service Tax Departments which is mainly achieved through advertisements in print media, electronic media and outdoor advertisements. The Dir

ectorate also publishes books, manuals telephone directory (Sampark) and calendar for use of departmental officers. The Directorate is also the nodal office for implementation of Citizen’s Charter and Public Grievances.
