SPEARRHEADD is looking for young, dynamic & ambitious Sales & marketing personnel for some of its international clients.

We are urgently looking for :

1) Sales Manager: having 3-4 years experience in FMCG preferably cosmetic industry to set up a Network in North India comprising of Super Stockist and distributors for one of our international clients. MBA degree would be an added advantage. Should have good command over English, Hindi & Punjabi and be willing to travel extensively. Positive attitude, dedication, commitment & excellent negotiation skills are a must.

2) Marketing Executive: having 2-3 years of experience preferably in an FMCG environment. His job would include Market Research for our overseas clients, preparing business plans, presentations for clients, data consolidation & analysis, overlooking social media & website, creating marketing tools etc. for the entire group

The job besides being challenging is extremely interesting & offers huge growth opportunities.

Salaries will be in line with industry & not a constraint for good candidates.

We have been retained by an upcoming Event Management Company setting up its operations in India.

As a part of the process we are looking for experienced personnel to handle events & coordinate with various venders and clients for successful management of the event. Smart Male & Female candidates with good knowledge of English & Hindi besides local language is a must. 3-4 years experience in managing events of medium & large scale will be an advantage. Salary for deserving candidates is not an issue and will be at par with industry.

Besides above we are also looking for an in-house designer who is well versed with designing and can visualize company's requirement and can produce excellent results.
