NTS GATHERING: We will send a questionaire to the client which will make the requirements of the client crystal clear.
2. REQUIREMENT'S FREEZING: Once the requirements are understood
and approved, the requirements will be freezed and any change in those
requirements further might result in a project cost change.
3. DESIGN AND FUNCTIONALITY MOCK UP CREATION: Once the requirements are clear, a mock up will be sent for approval.4. MOCK UP FREEZING: Once the mock up is approved,mock up will be freezed and any changes in the mock up further might result in project cost change.
5. DESIGN CREATION: Based on the mock up, the design will be sent to the client for approval.
6. DESIGN FREEZING: Once the design mock up is approved, design will be freezed and any changes in the design further might result in project cost changes.
7. FUNCTIONALITY CREATION: Once the design is approved, functionality will be embedded into the design to make the website working.
8. FUNCTIONALITY FREEZING: Once the functionality is approved,functionality will be freezed and any changes in the functionality further might result in project cost changes.
9. QUALITY ANALYSIS: Once the functionality is completed, QA for the website will be done and the product will be made defect less.
10 . PRODUCT DELIVERY: After the product is approved to be 100% according to the client's requirements and 100% defect less, the product will be delivered to the client.
