1️⃣ Risk Appetite Is Extremely Low
Most teams repeat old strategies because no one wants to take ownership for a bold idea.
2️⃣ Marketing Heads Aren’t Truly Empowered
Creative strategies die in approval loops.
Final decisions come from promoters/finance — not marketing.
3️⃣ Short-Term Thinking Kills Innovation
