Greetings to all Hoteliers,

As we all know that due to Covid-19, Hospitality industry has a major hit since March, 2020, we are going to organize a "NETWORKING MEET FOR HOTELS" where we will have drill sessions together to understand how we have to manage our P&L as every hotel's major source of revenue is always Banquet sales, what marketing solutions we can launch to make things in better situation.

Conditions-:
1. Only 20 Hotels will be invited (On First come First serve basis).
2. Only 2 representatives form each hotel can attend this Networking Meet. (GM/Marketing Head/HRBP/Banquet Sales Head)
3. Every attendee has to wear Mask & Gloves (No entry if it is not there).
4. Meeting will be held at Gurgaon location.
5. If in any case any Hotel wants to join this meeting but cannot commute to the meeting location then they can join it with their whole team through Zoom (No change in the charges).

For confirming your presence in this meet, payment has to be made in advance before 30 June, 2020.

Venue-: Has to be finalized, will update by 1st July, 2020.

LET'S STUDY IMPACT OF ONLINE AND OFFLINE MARKETING WITH S-MARTWAY-:

Hello Everyone, as you all are aware that S-martway is an Events, Advertising and Marketing company which gives 360 degree solutions to you be it online marketing or offline marketing.
For any business there are few rules to upgrade your sales volume they are as follows-:

1. ONLINE Marketing- Online presence of the product/company is essential be it social media campaigns or ads or regular updates to create visibility to the potential/concerned customers.
(Mass reach to the customers).

2. OFFLINE marketing- As we all know that personal touch is very much important to make the customer understand that "why this product is much more useful then any other similar products available in market", make them understand product's USP.
(Very effective but limited reach).

Let me give you a perfect example of it-:
As a lounge or restaurant is offering "HAPPY HOUR- Buy 1 beer and get 1 beer absolutely free", now any customer is approaching or passing by the outlet may get attracted to the offer and utilise it but in ONLINE marketing reach to the customers will increase by using social media (Facebook+ instagram+ twitter) or through any online agencies like- Nearbuy/ Dineout/eazydiner, etc. Potential customers will see to it, might get attracted to it.
(Conversion ratio- 1 out of 10)

Now let's study the same example with OFFLINE marketing technique, if a complete offline sales team will spread in 5-7 kms radius of the outlet and approach customers directly by selling some gift coupons or vouchers and make the customers understands the offer or close all the queries if a potential customer has on the spot the conversion ratio will increase as it reaches to the target customers directly be it corporate clients or residential clients or both.
(Conversion ratio- 4 out of 10)

Summary- Through ONLINE marketing reach to the customers will increase but if a customer has any doubts or query related to the product, it cannot be closed, like if you browse Nearbuy and search restaurants near MG road it will show offers of 100-150 outlets your potential customer can get attracted to any outlet if he is searching offers online (also they can compare offers of your competetors) but in offline marketing no other offers of any outlet can be compared also salesperson will try to close the deal there itself to earn incentive.
