Count five different nuts around you or even imagine them. Almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashews, hazelnuts... 🌰

It may sound unusual, but shifting your focus from anxious thoughts to a simple task helps bring your mind back to the present. Once you’re grounded, take a few slow, deep breaths and let your body catch up with your mind.

We often speak about transforming education by focusing on students.

This week, I had the privilege of spending two meaningful hours with 110+ educators in Jammu not discussing lesson plans or classroom strategies, but taking a step back to reflect on something even more important:

The educator behind the classroom.

Together, we explored identity, purpose, confidence, and the mindset that shapes every interaction with a student. Because before teachers inspire young minds, they must stay connected to the reason they chose this profession.

When teachers continue to grow, their impact goes far beyond academics. They create classrooms where students feel seen, encouraged, and empowered to become their best selves.

Let’s continue investing in the people who shape the future one classroom, one child, and one conversation at a time.
