It was a privilege to be invited by Jammu University to interact with MBA 2nd semester students.

The focus of the session was simple but important:
Understanding what the corporate world truly expects from young professionals.

While management education provides strong theoretical knowledge, students often wonder how to translate that into real-world professional readiness.

During the session, we discussed:
• communication and professional presence
• workplace expectations
• mindset required for corporate environments
• and how students can use their next two semesters strategically to prepare for placements.

The goal was to help them move beyond academics and start thinking about who they want to become as professionals.
Because preparation for the corporate world does not start in the final semester.

It starts much earlier — with clarity, awareness, and intention.
