Habits which makes your Confidence & Esteem low at personal and professional front.
Habits makes our basic nature which defines our & too
We should always do a Habit Audit to check on what's working and what's not working for us.
Few habits which lowers our confidence and self esteem at work and home are as listed below
1. Unclear Boundaries at workplace, friends & relationships lead to, you being disrespected and drags you down
2. Doing Negative Self Talk and calling yourself Idiot, stupid and what not. Blaming yourself, criticising yourself erodes your esteem and confidence
3. Your loose and casual posture makes you look weak, underconfident and drained out. This also adds to your low self esteem and confidence
4. Always dressing down and not appearing the part leads to people judgments and harsh comments which again adds to your low esteem and falling confidence
5. Spending time with sick, toxic people who only ruin your mental state and gives you no other happiness
6. Not Being able to communicate your needs and wants, not being vocal about your thoughts also lowers your esteem and confidence
7. Putting yourself as last in the priority list always working for others and not focussing on your goals and aspiration again hampers your esteem and confidence
8. Constantly being apologetic about everything in the world makes people take advantage of you and blame you for everything. This again is a sign of low self esteem and confidence.
It's okay to feel low & under-confident or not high on spirits sometime but then it should not be because of the above factors.
If you are doing any one of them then STOP right now and change the way you look, think and behave with self and others.
