Every festive season holds two very different worlds.

The one consumers dive into: packed carts, endless offers, wishlists getting ticked off one by one. ๐Ÿ›’โœจ

And the one we explore: peak traffic, rising competition, expensive clicks, shifting intent, and one question we always go looking for the answer to: how do we win?

Because the biggest shopping season of the year is not just about showing up. It is about discovering where to show up, finding the right moment to push, knowing what to scale, and making sure every rupee finds its way to where it works hardest. ๐Ÿ“ˆ

Over the years, we have ventured into these challenges across marketplaces and found something worth holding onto: growth that is built on curiosity, sharp strategy, and partnerships that are willing to go further.

Here is what our partners found on the other side of that journey. ๐Ÿ’ฌ๐Ÿš€

This festive season, we are ready to explore a few more.

Finding festive potential and turning it into your brand's next growth story.

AMJ quarter was about chasing the right moment before it closes. Where relevance meets performance.

And somewhere between "Mother's Day ke liye kuch accha sa gift chahiye" and "bas kuch accha aur jaldi ban jaye khaane ka mann hai," quick commerce became more than just 10-minute delivery.

It became about showing up for the little ways people celebrate.

A gift, a craving, a recipe, a ritual.

May was about Mom. ๐Ÿ’›

Mother's Day is one of the most crowded battles in search. Everyone chasing the same shopper, the same keywords, the same narrow window.

With Chumbak on Blinkit, we didn't just show up. We stayed in the fight.

Real-time bid recalibration, city-wise budget shifts, and aggressive defence as CPMs moved kept us visible when it mattered most. Because in performance, timing isn't everything. It's the only thing.

The result?
๐Ÿ”น 5x sellout growth. ๐Ÿ“ˆ
๐Ÿ”น 7x search growth. ๐Ÿ”
๐Ÿ”น YoY.

Then came June. ๐ŸŒฟ

Father's Day. World Environment Day. International Yoga Day. And one that felt quietly special: World Poha Day.

Poha is one of those rare dishes that belongs to everyone. It travels across India and changes as it goes. Indori. Kanda. Tarri. Different plates, different stories, one familiar comfort.

When Rajdhani and Zepto came together for World Poha Day, the idea was never to introduce something new. It was to make people look at something they already love, a little differently.

A customised poha bowl concept. Tailored landing pages across Zepto's home and category journeys. Search visibility stitching it all together. One simple purchase turned into something worth remembering.

To every brand that ran with us this quarter, thank you for letting us be in the room when it counted.

One quarter closes.

But the searches are building. The carts are filling. And the season that changes everything is almost here.

The festive season is here. โœจ

More searches to win.
More shoppers to reach.
More stories to build.

This one comes with a Bronze at e4m TechManch and IDMA 2026 in the Best PPC category, a success story we're genuinely proud to share with everyone:

Most growth stories start with "we spent more." This one started with a different question.

When we started working on Interio by Godrej's chairs business, the brand had strong products and a real discovery problem. Low share of voice in generic search. Limited brand pull for chairs specifically. Every conventional path to scale risked inflating costs before demand had even matured.

Growing fast and growing profitably felt like opposite ends of the same rope. So we stopped pulling and changed the shape of the funnel instead.

The first job was getting Interio into consideration sets it had never been part of. Display handled that, not as a visibility play, but as the entry point for demand that didn't yet have a brand preference. By the time search intent kicked in, we had already done the work of protecting it. A governed generic-to-branded mix kept qualified demand on track, Spotlight control held the high-intent terms, and at the bottom, a curated SKU roster and ROI-led bidding let the business close without giving margin back to volume anxiety.

Festive 2025 was when the discipline got tested. Volume grew 275% YoY, four times faster than the category around it. Market share climbed 111%. Every rupee spent returned fourteen in revenue. ACOS stayed below 7%.

No efficiency bleed at scale. Just what happens when you refuse the obvious path long enough for the right one to work.

Spend growth is easy to explain. Efficient growth? That's a chair we're happy to sit in.

To the team at Interio by Godrej Neeraj Chandani Pratishtha Shukla Khushboo Chauhan Sumit Somani, this one reflects the trust you placed in us at every step.

They came for a test result they can't read, or a symptom they googled at midnight. What they feel in the next few seconds - relief or doubt - is the whole decision.

Across the healthcare platforms we've built in India, one pattern keeps repeating. A patient assesses you across three surfaces before they ever make contact: whether you show up in search, whether an AI names you when asked, and the comfort signals - speed, clarity, reviews, tone - they read in seconds. Most healthcare websites are built to serve one of the three.

So the job changed. It's growth, not decoration. A site that's found but not convincing, or convincing but never found, is a cost rather than an asset.

When Medanta rebuilt around that reality, monthly traffic grew 2.3x, and the share of visits completing a booking or enquiry moved from 75% to 94%. Direct traffic grew fastest of all, at 2.6x - usually the sign a brand has become the one patients recommend to each other. AI Assistant showed up as a traffic channel that hadn't existed before the rebuild.

The carousel walks through what changed for Medanta, Agilus, Paras and Olympus - including the network drawing a lakh visitors a day, where the real bottleneck turned out to be a translation layer, not server capacity.

A patient arrives at your website already anxious.

It was supposed to be just another sleepover. ๐Ÿ›๏ธ

Three friends. A room full of energy. A hookstep everyone was trying to nail. And somewhere between the laughter and the retakes, a story started coming to life on set.

That's what this BTS is. A little peek into the making of our latest shoot with Sofy, where every scene, every frame, every in-between moment was chasing one feeling. That a girl should never have to stop herself from living her night fully.

We built a room. We blocked the scenes. We ran the takes until it felt real. And then we ran them again. ๐Ÿ’š

Because some stories deserve to be told right.

๐ŸŽฌ BTS dropping now. Which moment made you feel like you were in that room?

Something BIG is coming. Stay tuned. ๐Ÿ‘€

Not a name. Just the beginning of a decision they have not finished making yet. They scroll. They click a buying guide. Read about maintenance they had not even thought about. Compare two options. Close the tab. Come back tomorrow and search again.

That journey happens a million times a month in this category.

This brand had strong name recognition. People knew it existed. But awareness and discovery are two different things. One tells you who already found you. The other tells you how many people are still looking and landing somewhere else.

There were a lot of people landing somewhere else.

Not because the product was wrong. Because the discovery layer had not been built yet.

80 high-intent keywords. A four-layer architecture covering intent, structure, authority, and discovery. Content built around buying guides, maintenance questions, and every category search a cycle buyer makes before they finally decide. The kind of foundation that earns its place in the results rather than renting it.

Three months of searching later, that cycle buyer found this brand.

โ—† ~149% growth in generic clicks
โ—† ~160% growth in generic CTR
โ—† ~90% growth in overall clicks
โ—† ~67% average CTR

They type "white sneakers under 2000." They filter. They scroll two rows. They buy.

That's the entire journey, and for thirteen years, Lotto simply wasn't inside it.

-> 450+ footwear brands -> One festive window -> Zero sales history on Myntra. Recognition off the platform counts for very little on it: no ranking to inherit, no search demand to ride, no repeat buyers to reactivate.

So we stopped chasing the queries everyone was bidding on and followed the ones shoppers were actually typing the intent sitting between filters, price bands, and the second scroll. Demand that already existed, just unowned.

The search bar answered first.

๐Ÿ”น Orders climbed to a ~60ร— run rate inside six months.

๐Ÿ”น The algorithm answered next - the catalogue matured through the category ~50% faster than benchmark.

๐Ÿ”น And by the festive window, a brand with zero history was sitting where shoppers land: Festive QND Hero on Myntra.

Marketplaces don't reward the loudest brand. They reward the one that shows up where the buyer was already looking.
