Winning today isn’t about outbuilding these platforms but about adding intelligent layers on top of them - judgment, integration, business context, and better decision-making.
2) Content & Design: Where AI Is Changing the Game Fastest
Content and design are where the shifts are most visible.
Roles are merging. Skill sets are overlapping. The lines between creator, strategist, and relationship builder are blurring, and this shift will only accelerate as AI evolves.

We’ve been rethinking teams, talent, and leverage.
Earlier, we were dependent on a few key hires. Today, it feels like the world has opened up far beyond traditional agency structures. There is now a much larger ecosystem of tools, collaborators, and specialists that can be used meaningfully to solve almost any marketer’s challenge, if you know how to think through the problem first. This has always been our focus, and we’re only going to sharpen it further.
