Silk is loved by civilizations from time immemorial for its beauty, grace and exquisiteness enriched further by the creative fantasies by our traditional skilled artisans who create poetries through the intrinsic designs, inimitable images and vibrant colors. Poor heat conduction and low static current generation makes it warm in winter and cool in summer. Its natural sheen, delightful textures, inherent sophistication and excellent drape imparts it the saying –“Silk is silk only”

VISION:
To bring Assamese traditional products (Assam silk, bamboo and cane crafts, Brass and metal crafts) to mainstream as well as improve the standard of living of the artisans involved in producing those products.
