And it’s a wrap!
What an incredible week it has been. Learning about these inspiring entrepreneurs’ journeys has been truly special. The fire in their hearts, passion in their work, and the zeal in their minds shaped them who they are today.
We’re sure this is only the beginning of many great things to come.
Here’s to the entrepreneurs who consistently keep pushing forward, and a big THANK YOU for making Headshots for Hustlers a success. Your unwavering support brought this event to life.

How far we have come?

I met Sanjib Sarkar in and around 2015 as a freelance graphic designer , when i was building Pencil design studio from my dining table

That time he was also a faculty in Image Creative Education company.

He was so good in his works that i was determined to hire him.

But affording him and giving him secureness of a safe job looked distant.

Until 2017.

Backed by my parter now..Bornali Sharma of Janambhumi groups, i got the courage to build pencil with best talents.

The first person i reached out was Sanjib.

I told him ‘Sanjib, time to say good bye to your faculty job and join me’

He jumped in.

We began with a big room, one table and one software loaded PC at our new office at Cafe Craft

Fast forward today,

Sanjib is our and have been producing stellar creative works with rest of team at Pencil Design Studio.

Sanjib, look.

How far we came together!
